How it works
Our floor sanding process
1. Site assessment
We inspect timber type, thickness, movement, damage, moisture, coatings, access and desired result.
2. Preparation and repairs
Furniture is cleared, protruding fasteners are addressed and agreed board or defect repairs are completed.
3. Multi-stage sanding
Coarse-to-fine sanding removes the old surface and refines the floor, including edges and corners.
4. Finish and handover
The selected coating is applied and project-specific drying, furniture and full-cure guidance is provided.
